JUDGMENT as to Verner D. Weaver (1): Defendant pleaded guilty to Counts I, II, and IV of the Indictment and is committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of 135 months on count I and 120 months on count II which are grouped pursuant to U.S.S.G 3D1.2(b) and (c) and shall be served concurrent; supervised release with special conditions for a term of 5 years on count I and 3 years on count II to be served concurrent; $200 special assessment. The defendant shall surrender for service of sentence at the institution designated by the Bureau of Prisons no earlier than April 9, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. Final order of forfeiture as to Count IV forthcoming.
