SCHEDULING ORDER. A telephone conference with the undersigned magistrate judge will be held on Monday, November 6, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. for the purpose of reviewing the preparation of Cases Nos. 4:05cv3297 and 8:06cv566 to date, the possible consolidation of the cases, and the scheduling of the cases to trial.
