ORDER - Defendants' motion to dismiss 23 is denied at this time but is subject to reassertion. Plaintiff shall have twenty days from the date of this order to serve the individuals in this case. The parties are ordered to mediate this case. The parties are ordered to contact the magistrate judge to assist them with the mediation process.
