PRELIMINARY ORDER OF FORFEITURE - The United States' Motion for Issuance of Preliminary Order of Forfeiture 21 is hereby sustained. The United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms for the District of Nebraska ("ATF") is hereby authorized to seize the Hi-Point.45 caliber semi-automatic pistol, serial number X454091. The aforementioned forfeited property is to be held by ATF in its secure custody and control.
