PRELIMINARY ORDER OF FORFEITURE granting 21 Motion for Preliminary Forfeiture as to Joel Speed (1). Based upon Count II of the Indictment and the Defendant's plea of guilty, the United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms for the District of Nebraska ("ATF") is hereby authorized to seize the Smith&Wesson.357 caliber revolver, model 133.
