PRELIMINARY ORDER OF FORFEITURE sustaining 20 Motion for Preliminary Forfeiture as to Jorge Espinoza-Salinas (1). The US Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms for the District of Nebraska ("ATF") is hereby authorized to seize the Rohm.22 caliber pistol, serial number 10157971. Defendant's interest in said property is hereby forfeited to the USA for disposition in accordance with the law. The aforementioned forfeited property is to be held by ATF in its secure custody and control. Upon adjudication of all third party interests, this Court will enter a Final Order of Forfeiture.
