PRELIMINARY ORDER OF FORFEITURE- The United States' Motion for Issuance of Preliminary order of Forfeiture 23is hereby sustained. Based upon Count IV of the Indictment and the defendant's plea of guilty, the United States is hereby authorized to seize the.32 caliber Burgo handgun, serial no. 228543, the.357 caliber Ruger handgun, serial no. 35-75244, and the.22 caliber Marlin rifle, serial no. 15327046.
