ORDER granting 24 Motion to Continue. IT IS ORDERED:1. Rios's motion to continue trial (Filing No. 24) is granted in part.2. Trial of this matter is re-scheduled for January 7, 2008, before Chief JudgeJoseph F. Bataillon and a jury. The ends of justice have been served by granting suchmotion and outweigh the interests of the public and the defendant in a speedy trial.
