JUDGMENT as to Jeffery R. Olson (1). The defendant pleaded guilty to count 2 of the indictment and is committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for 24 months; defendant shall be given credit for time served and shall serve concurrent to case 4:02cr72; the defendant shall surrender for service of sentence no earlier than 9/8/08 by 2:00 p.m.; 3 years supervised release with special conditions; and $100 special assessment.
