ORDER approving 28 Stipulation. Four thousand two hundred dollars of the Defendant property shall be returned to the Claimant, Nicholas Sletten, by delivering the same to his attorney of record, John K. Green. The Marshal shall deliver said amount by making payment to John K. Green's Trust Account. The remaining Defendant property, viz., $1,400.00, is hereby forfeited to the United States. All right, title or interest in or to the Defendant property held by any person or entity is hererby forever barred and foreclosed. The Marshal shall dispose of said $1,400.00 in accordance with law. Upon Mr. Green's receipt of the $4,200.00, as mentioned above, he shall file a Receipt for said amount. Upon the filing of said Receipt, this Court shall enter a Judgment in this action.
