MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - Plaintiffs motion to proceed IFP (filing 2)is granted. Plaintiff shall pay an initial partial filing fee of $2.30 by November 30, 2007, unless an enlargement of time is granted in response to a written motion. In the absence of the initial partial filing fee by the specified deadline, this case is subject to dismissal. After payment of the initial partial filing fee, the plaintiff's institution shall collect the additional monthly payments in the manner set forth in 28 U.S.C. § 1915(b)(2), quoted above, and shall forward those installments to the court. The Clerk of the court is directed to send a copy of this order to the appropriate official at the plaintiff's institution. The Clerk of the court is directed to set a pro se case management deadline in this case using the following text: November 30, 2007: initial partial filing fee payment due. Plaintiff shall keep the court informed of his current address at all times. All parties are bound by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and by the court's Local Rules while this case is pending. Plaintiffs praecipe for summonses (filing 6), treated as a motion, is denied. Plaintiff shall review the Notice Regarding Summons Forms attached to this Order. Ordered by Judge Richard G. Kopf. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - 1. The plaintiff has shown good cause for modification of his prisoner payment order, and his motion for extension (filing 9) is granted a provided below. 2. The initial partial filing fee and subsequent installments shall be collected and remitted, as funds exist, in the manner set forth in 28 U.S.C. § 1915(b)(2). Until the full filing of $350.00 is paid, the prisoner shall be obligated to pay, and the agency having custody of the prisoner shall forward to the Clerk of the court, 20 percent of the preceding month's income in such months as the account exceeds $10.00. Id. 3. The Clerk of the court shall serve a copy of this memorandum and order, and also of the court's previous memorandum and order (filing 7), on the appropriate financial officer for the plaintiff's current institution. 4. The plaintiff shall continue to keep the court informed of his current address at all times while this case is pending, as failure to do so could cause the case to be dismissed.
