ORDER granting 2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. The filing of the complaint and addendum shall not incur any payment of fees; The Clerk shall issue the proper summonses; If requested to do so, the US Marshal shall serve all process in this case without prepayment of fees from the Plaintiff. This order is entered without prejudicee to the Court later entering an order taxing costs in this case. ORDER - This matter is before the Court on its own motion. On April 4, 2008, the Court allowed the Plaintiff, Stephen J. Doerr, until April 18, 2008, to effect service on the defendant and file proof of such service, or show cause why this case should not be dismissed (Filing No. 6).
