ORDER - The court has been advised that the parties in the above-captioned matter have reached a settlement of their claims. Within thirty days of the date of this order the parties shall file a joint stipulation for dismissal (or other dispositive stipulation) and provide a draft order to the undersigned magistrate judge which will fully dispose of the case. Absent compliance with this order, this case (including all counterclaims and the like) may be dismissed without further notice. ORDER - The parties' Stipulation filing 25 is approved. Four thousand two hundred eighty dollars of the Defendant property shall be returned to the Claimants, Felix Torres and Belarmino Rodriguez, by delivering the same to their attorney of record, Gilberto M. Garcia. The Marshal shall deliver said amount by making payment to Gilberto M. Garcia's Trust Account. The remaining Defendant property, $80,000.00 is hereby forfeited to the United States of America. The Marshal shall dispose of said $80,000.00 in accordance with law. Upon Mr. Garcia's receipt of the $4,280.00, as mentioned above, he shall file a Receipt for said amount. Upon the filing of said Reciept, this Court shall enter a Judgment in this action.
