REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION ON PLEA OF GUILTY - IT IS RECOMMENDED TO JUDGE LAURIE SMITH CAMP that: She accept the guilty plea and find the defendant, Craig Crowell, guilty of the crimes set forth in Counts I and II of the Information to which Crowell tendered a guilty plea. Since the plea agreement contains a provision under Fed. R. Crim. P. 11(c)(1)(C), she not accept the written plea agreement at this time but reserve acceptance until the time of sentencing. JUDGMENT as to Craig Crowell. The defendant pleaded guilty to counts I and II of the Information and is committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of 60 months; 5 years supervised release with special conditions; $100 Special Assessment. The Indictment is dismissed on the motion of the United States as to this defendant only. Final order of forfeiture as to Count II is forthcoming.
