REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION ON PLEA OF GUILTY - IT IS RECOMMENDED TO JUDGE LAURIE SMITH CAMP that: She accept the guilty plea and find the defendant, Jill R. Thames, guilty of the crimes set forth in Counts I and V of the Indictment to which Thames tendered a guilty plea; She accept the written plea agreement with the understanding that the court is not bound by the parties' stipulations, but may with the aid of the presentence report,determine the facts relevant to sentencing. Pursuant to NECrimR 57.3 any objection to this Report and Recommendation shall be filed with the Clerk of the Court within ten (10) business days after being served with a copy of this Report and Recommendation. Failure to timely object may constitute a waiver of any such objection. The brief in support of any objection shall be filed at the time of filing such objection. Failure to file a brief in support of any objection may be deemed an abandonment of the objection as to defendant Jill R. Thames. Ordered by Magistrate Judge Thomas D. Thalken. (TCL)

PRELIMINARY ORDER OF FORFEITURE - The United States' Motion for Issuance of Preliminary Order of Forfeiture 25 is hereby sustained. Based upon Count V of the Indictment and the Defendant's plea of guilty, the United States is hereby authorized to seize the $1,020.00 in United States currency. The Defendant's interest in said property is hereby forfeited to the United States for disposition in accordance with the law. The aforementioned forfeited property is to be held by the United States in its secure custody and control.
