ORDER sustaining 18 Motion for Preliminary Forfeiture as to Ruben Casique-Vera (1). Based upon Count II of the Indictment and the Defendant's plea of guilty, the United States is hereby authorized to seize the North American Arms,.22 caliber Derringer, model 22 Magnum, serial number D45232. The Defendant's interest in said property is hereby forfeited to the United States to be held in its secure custody and control for disposition in accordance with the law, subject to the provisions of 21 U.S.C. § 853(n)(1). Upon adjudication of all third-party interests, this Court will enter a Final Orderof Forfeiture pursuant to 21 U.S.C. § 853(n), in which all interests will be addressed.
