The defendant plead guilty to Counts I, II, III of the Superseding Indictment and committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for 60 months as to Count I of the Superseding Indictment and for a term of 60 months as to Counts II and III of the Superseding Indictment. The sentence of imprisonment in Counts II and III shall run consecutively to the sentence of imprisonment in Count I. The defendant shall be given credit for time served since 7/17/08.
