JUDGMENT as to Kenneth S. Jones. The defendant plead guilty to Counts I-V of the Indictment and is sentenced to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of 180 months on each counts I, II and III, which are grouped pursuant to U.S.S.G. ยง 3D1.2(d) and shall run concurrent. 180 months on count IV to run concurrent to the sentence imposed on counts I through III; and shall be given credit for time served. Supervised Release of 5 years on Count I, 3 years on count II; and 3 years on count III to run concurrently. 5 years on count IV to be served concurrent to counts I through III with special conditions; $400.00 Special Assessment. Defendant shall forfeit the following property: Astra.380 pistol, serial no. F9934. Final Order of Forfeiture as to Count V forthcoming as to defendant Kenneth S. Jones.
