ORDER - Plaintiff's motion to remand and for costs and attorneys' fees 3 is granted. Plaintiff is awarded costs and actual expenses, including attorneys' fees, incurred as a result of the removal, in an amount to be later determined by the court. Plaintiff shall file a verified bill of costs in accordance with the local rules. Plaintiff shall file an application for attorneys' fees and supporting documentation within 2 weeks of the date of this order; defendants shall have 10 days thereafter to object or respond to the plaintiff's application. This action is remanded to the District Court of Douglas County, Nebraska. The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a certified copy of this order to the Clerk of the Douglas County, Nebraska, District Court. Ordered by Chief Judge Joseph F. Bataillon.
