ORDER APPOINTING COUNSEL - This matter comes before the Court on the request of the Federal Public Defender for the Court to authorize Linda Allen, as a Criminal Justice Act Training Panel Member, to assist in the defense of JEFFREY M. HIATT. Accordingly, pursuant to the terms of Appendix I, Part I(C) of the Amended Criminal Justice Act Plan for the District of Nebraska, Linda Allen is hereby assigned to assist the Federal Public Defender in the representation of the Defendant in the above-captioned case, and must file an entry of appearance forthwith. Linda Allen shall not be eligible to receive compensation for services in this case. The Federal Public Defender shall continue to be primary counsel on behalf of the Defendant, JEFFREY M. The defendant pleaded guilty to Counts I and III of the Indictment and is committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for 60 months; the defendant shall be given credit for time served from November 17, 2008 to November 21, 2008 and from February 2, 2009 to February 20, 2009. Supervised Release of 4 years with special conditions; $100.00 Special Assessment. Count II of the Indictment is dismissed on the motion of the United States as to this defendant only. The defendant shall surrender for service of sentence at the institution designated by the Bureau of Prisons before 2:00pm on September 21, 2009. Final Order of Forfeiture as to Count III forthcoming and the defendant shall forfeit defendant's interest in the following property: $348.00 in US Currency as to defendant Jeffrey M. Hiatt.
