JUDGMENT as to Hector Castro-Humar. The Defendant pleaded guilty to counts I, II and III of the Indictment on May 15, 2009 and is sentenced to a term of 120 months on counts I and II which are grouped pursuant to U.S.S.G. 3D1.2(d) followed by supervised release for a term of 5 years on count I and 5 years on count II to run concurrently, with standard and special conditions; a Special Assessment in the amount of $200.00. The Defendant shall forfeit his interest in the following property to the United States: $7,447.00 in U.S. Currency. Final order of forfeiture as to Count III forthcoming. ORDER sustaining 45 Motion for Preliminary Forfeiture. Based upon Count III of the Indictment and the Defendant's plea of guilty, the United States is hereby authorized to seize the $7,447.00 in United States currency. The Defendant's interest in said property is hereby forfeited to the United States for disposition in accordance with the law, subject to the provisions of 21 U.S.C.§ 853(n)(1). The aforementioned forfeited property is to be held by the United States in its secure custody and control.
