PRELIMINARY ORDER OF FORFEITURE sustaining filing 21, United States' Motion for Preliminary Forfeiture as to Bradley A. Buffington. Based upon Count III of the Indictment and the plea of guilty, the United States is hereby authorized to seize the Macintosh laptop computer, HP computer tower, HP external hard drive, Simple Tech external hard drive, Gateway computer tower, Compaq laptop computer and Dell laptop computer. Upon adjudication of all third-party interests, this Court will enter a Final Order of Forfeiture pursuant to 18 U.S.C., ยง 2253, in which all interests will be addressed.
