MEMORANDUM AND ORDER regarding: Complaint1 filed by Lisa D. Workman. After careful consideration of each argument presented in Workmans brief, I find that the Commissioner's decision is supported by substantial evidence on the record as a whole and is not contrary to law. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that judgment shall be entered by separate document providing that the decision of the Commissioner is affirmed. Ordered by Judge Richard G. Kopf. (JAB)
