JUDGMENT for Revocation of Supervised Release. Defendant admitted guilt to violation of Mandatory Conditions and Special Condition #4 of the term of supervision and is committed to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a term of one (1) year and one (1) day. This sentence may be served concurrent to any sentence imposed by the State of Nebraska in case no. CR15-2091. No term of supervised release is imposed. $100.00 special assessment (paid); $6,600.94 restitution ($5,192.94 remains due and payable).
