ORDER as to defendant Dusty Gene Mayhew. A final dispositional hearing will be held before Senior Judge Joseph F. Batallion in Courtroom No. 3, Third Floor, Roman L. Hruska U.S. Courthouse, 111 South 18th Plaza, Omaha, Nebraska, at 11:30 a.m. on September 25, 2015. Defendant must be present in person. Defendant Dusty Gene Mayhew is committed to the custody of the Attorney General or his designated representative for confinement in a correctional facility. Defendant shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity for private consultation with defense counsel. Upon order of a United States court or upon request of an attorney for the government, the person in charge of the corrections facility shall deliver defendant to the United States Marshal for the purpose of an appearance in connection with a court proceeding. SECOND AMENDED JUDGMENT for Revocation of Supervised Release. Defendant admitted guilt to violation of the Mandatory Condition which states the defendant shall not commit another federal, state or local crime and is committed to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a term of twenty-one (21) months, said term shall be served concurrent with the defendant's state court sentence; defendant's current term of supervised release is revoked. No further term of supervised release is imposed; $100.00 special assessment (Expired). The defendant is remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal to be returned to the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services as to defendant Dusty Gene Mayhew.
