PRELIMINARY ORDER OF FORFEITURE sustaining the United States' 51 Motion for Preliminary Forfeiture as to Amber Alvord (1) and Thomas Perez (2). Based upon the Forfeiture Allegation of the Indictment and the Defendants' pleas of guilty, the United States is hereby authorized to seize the $2,500.00 and $1,520.00 in United States currency. The Defendants' interests in the $2,500.00 and $1,520.00 in United States currency are hereby forfeited to the United States for disposition in accordance with the law, subject to the provisions of 21 U.S.C. 853(n)(1). Upon adjudication of all third-party interests, this Court will enter a Final Order of Forfeiture pursuant to 21 U.S.C. 853(n), in which all interests will be addressed.
