ORDER - This matter is before the court following the filing of the parties' Rule 26(f) report 36. The defendants shall have to on or before January 23, 2015, in which to serve a copy of the administrative record upon the plaintiff and file a notice of such service. The notice filed shall be accompanied by a RESTRICTED Index of a copy of the administrative record which was served upon the plaintiff. The court will conduct another telephone planning conference with counsel at 9:00 a.m. on February 2, 2015. ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE: This matter came before the Court on Plaintiff's Dismissal with Prejudice, Filing No. 104.
