Defendant pleaded guilty to counts IV and V of the Indictment and is hereby committed to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a term of one hundred forty (140) months on Count IV and sixty (60) months on Count V to be served consecutive to the sentence imposed on Count IV of the Indictment. Defendant will serve a total of two hundred (200) months; five (5) years Count IV and five (5) years on Count V of the Indictment of Supervised Release with Special Conditions to be served concurrently; $200.00 Special Assessment.
