JUDGMENT as to Phillip Wansink. The Indictment and Count II of Superseding Indictment are dismissed on the motion of the United States. As to Count I of the Superseding Indictment, the defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a term of fifteen (15) months. Upon release from imprisonment, the defendant shall be on supervised release for a term of three (3) years. The defendant shall pay a $100.00 special assessment. Ordered by Judge Robert F.
