ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE - On or before January 24, 2017, the plaintiff shall show cause why this case should not be dismissed as duplicative. The defendant's deadline pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(a)(1), to answer or otherwise respond to the complaint in this case, is suspended pending further order of this Court.
