PRELIMINARY ORDER OF FORFEITURE granting 30 Motion for Preliminary Order of Forfeiture. Based upon the Forfeiture Allegation of the Indictment and the defendant's guilty plea and admission, the government is authorized to seize the $14,400 in U.S. currency.
