PRELIMINARY ORDER OF FORFEITURE - The government's Motion for Preliminary Order of Forfeiture 23 is granted. The government is authorized to seize the 2013 Nissan Altima. The defendant's interest in the 2013 Nissan Altima is hereby forfeited to the United States for disposition in accordance with the law. The 2013 Nissan Altima is to be held by the government in its secure custody and control.
