ORDER that a final dispositional hearing will be held before Chief Judge Joseph F. Bataillon in Courtroom No. 3, Third Floor, Roman L. Hruska U.S. Courthouse, 111 South 18th Plaza, Omaha, Nebraska, at 1:00 p.m. on November 5, 2008. Defendant must be present in person as to defendant Ramon V. Harris. Defendant Ramon Harris is committed to the custody of the Attorney Generalor his designated representative for confinement in a correctional facility. Defendant shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity for private consultationwith defense counsel; and upon order of a United States court or upon request of an attorney for the government, the person in charge of the corrections facility shall deliver defendant to the United States Marshal for the purpose of an appearance in connection with a court proceeding. Defendant was found in violation of standard conditions 3 and 7 and special conditions 16 and 3 of his term of supervision. The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a term of 12 months and 1 day with no supervised release to follow.
