ORDER that Plaintiff's application to proceed IFP is granted, and the Clerk shall file the Complaint without fees. ORDERED that all claims against Deputy Warden Anthony Pizarro are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE, and that all claims against Peter Farlow are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. ORDERED that the Due Process "harassment" claim is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, and that the Due Process "medical-care" claim may PROCEED as against Defendants Taylor, Hold, Adams and Pettis. Plaintiff may file and Amended Complaint, within 30 days of the date of entry of this Order. The Clerk shall issue summons and the U.S. Marshal shall serve defendants Taylor, Hold, Adams and Pettis.
