MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting 17 Motion requesting that the Court accept Traverse as within time. Within 30 days of his receipt of this Order, Petitioner shall notify theCourt in writing as to whether he has exhausted all the claims in his Petition to the highest levelof the state court; Petitioner shall also state the claims asserted in his second PCR, and explainwhether he has exhausted the claims asserted in his second PCR.
