MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER by District Judge Martha Vazquez GRANTING 1 Complaint and 2 Brief. For the reasons articulated above, the Court finds that ACM and FSM must be returned to Germany immediately. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Petitioner's Verified Complaint and Petition for Return of the Children [Doc. 1] and Brief in Support of [the] Verified Complaint for Return of the Children [Doc. 2] are GRANTED. Judgment will be entered by a separate order and shall supersede any conflicting state court order. See Saldivar v. Rodela, 879 F. Supp. 2d 610, 631 (W.D. Tex. 2012) ("an order issued by this Court pursuant to the Convention and ICARA preempts a conflicting state court order or judgment issued pursuant to state law.").(gr)
