(Incorrect Attachment - redocketed as Doc. #207) - Decision After Trial on First American Title Insurance Company's nondischargeability claims arise under Bankruptcy Code Sections 523(a)(2), 523(a)(4), and 523(a)(6); the Court finds that First American has not established its claims under Bankruptcy Code Sections 523(a)(2)(A),523(a)(4), and 523(a)(6). Nor has First American established its claim for spoliation sanctions. And for these reasons, and based on the entire record, the Court finds that the Judgment Debt awarded in the New Jersey Action is Dischargeable under Bankruptcy Code Section 523. And also for these reasons, and based on the entire record, all other relief requested in the AmendedComplaint is Denied. An Order and Judgment in accordance with this Decision After Trial will be entered simultaneously herewith.
