Decision after Trial that the Court finds that the Plaintiffs have proven that the Debtors actions were willful and malicious within the meaning of 11 U.S.C. ยง 523(a)(6). Accordingly, the Plaintiffs awards against the Debtor in the amounts set forth in the State Court judgment are non-dischargeable. The counterclaim asserted by the Debtor is dismissed.
