ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION as to Errol Small: The Court adopts the Report and Recommendation of Judge Mann as the opinion of the Court and orders that: (1) Kraft disgorge the entire amount of fees paid to him in his representation of Small ($19,500), and (2) the Clerk of the Court release to defendant's sister, Maxine Small, the funds it currently holds in this matter, to wit, $2,200 plus whatever interest has accrued.
