ORDER GRANTING IN PART AND DENYING IN PART Defendant's 34 Motion for Summary Judgment -- For the reasons set forth in the ATTACHED WRITTEN OPINION AND ORDER, defendant's motion for summary judgment is GRANTED to the extent that plaintiff's Title VII discrimination claim, and state and common law claims are dismissed. Defendant's motion for summary judgment is DENIED as to plaintiff's retaliation claim.
