ORDER regarding the parties' Motions for Summary Judgment: For the reasons set forth in the Opinion and Order, the motions for summary judgment filed by Company Defendants and APFA are granted in their entirety. Plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment is denied, and their motion for class certification is dismissed as moot. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment for the defendants.
