Plaintiffs in the Cooper case (02-cv-3477) did not appear, however, James Allen, Esq., who represents plaintiffs in the Cooper case, has moved to withdraw. Steven Nachman, Esq. appeared for the plaintiffs in the consolidated Marcoux case (03-cv-4987, 04-cv-634, 04-cv-1376). The APFA and defendant Ward appeared by Daniel Katz, Esq. in the Cooper case and by Stephen Moldof, Esq. in the Marcoux case. American Airlines appeared by Thomas Reinert, Esq. and Jonathan Fritts, Esq. in the Marcoux case. No other parties appeared. As set forth in the attached Order, the Court ruled on the Marcoux plaintiffs' motion to reconsider, dated 11/13/06, and defendants American Airlines and AMR Corp.'s response, dated 11/16/06.
