ORDER DENYING PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS PURSUANT TO 28 U.S.C. Section 2255 -- For the reasons set forth in the ATTACHED WRITTEN MEMORANDUM AND ORDER, the court finds that Petitioner's petition for a writ of habeas corpus is untimely.
