ORDER granting defendant's 13 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings -- For the reasons set forth in the ATTACHED WRITTEN MEMORANDUM AND ORDER, Defendant's motion for judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(c) is granted. Accordingly, Plaintiff's federal due process claims are dismissed. However, Plaintiff is granted leave to replead her liberty interest claim within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. This court declines to retain jurisdiction over Plaintiff's supplemental state law claims, which are dismissed. SO ORDERED by Judge Dora Lizette Irizarry on 09/13/07. (Irizarry, Dora)
