(Brienza, Lauren)ORDER granting 13 Motion for Attorney Fees: Plaintiff's counsel is awarded $19,862.70 in attorneys' fees which is the balance of the 25% that, under 42 U.S.C. 406(b), has been withheld from the retroactive benefits awarded to the Plaintiff. Any other monies held pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 406(b) by the Social Security Administration from the retroactive benefits awarded to the Plaintiff shall be released to the Plaintiff. SO ORDERED.
