MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: The instant action shall proceed solely with regard to pltf.'s claim against the U.S. Dept. Dept. of Education. The U.S. Dept. of the Treasury shall be deleated from the caption. The Clerk of Court shall issue a summons solely naming the U.S. Dept. of Education of Deft. The U.S. Marshalls Service shall serve the summons, the original complaint, the Court's order of 4/25/06, this Order, the amended complaint, and the "Request for Clarification" on the deft, the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District, and the Attorney General of the U.S. without payment of fees. All further pretrial proceedings in this matter as referred to USMJ Bloom. Ordered by Judge Eric N. Vitaliano on 4/28/06. (Permaul, Jenny)

MEMORANDUM AND ORDER, In his motion for reconsideration, Nania offers only the same vague and unsupported allegations that he does not owe the subject debt. He has not offered any new legal authority to support his motion. In the absence of any new, relevant, facts or law, there is no basis for the Court to reconsider its prior decision.
