ORDER GRANTING IN PART AND DENYING IN PART GOVERNMENT'S 30 Motion for Forfeiture of Property as to Joel Soto --- For the reasons set forth in the ATTACHED WRITTEN ORDER OF FORFEITURE, The government's motion is granted in part and denied in part. The court declares defendant's bail forfeited, and directs the Sureties to surrender defendant to the United States Marshal within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order, i.e., on or before July 18, 2008. Unless defendant is surrendered within such time, the forfeiture will not be set aside, and the court will entertain the government's motion for entry of default judgment. It is further HEREBY ORDERED, that the Clerk of the Court mail a copy of this Order on the defendant and the Sureties listed in the Attached Written Order of Forfeiture.
