JUDGMENT as to Alejandro Montez (1), Count(s) 1, IMPRISONMENT: 16 months; The court recommends that dft be incarcerated at a facility in or as close to NYC as possible. That dft participate in english language classes. Dft is remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshal. SUPERVISED RELEASE: 3 years; Dft is not to be kept in the U.S. for supervised release if he is voluntarily or involuntarily deported. The court informs the dft that if he is deported and he returns to the U.S. illegally, it will be considered a separate crime for which he could be prosecuted.
