ORDER adopting 35 Report and Recommendations AND GRANTING 27 Motion to Dismiss --- Defendant Union moved to dismiss the complaint and the court referred the motion to United States Magistrate Judge Lois Bloom who issued a Report and Recommendation (Recommendation), dated December 28, 2007, recommending dismissal of the instant action in its entirety. Pro se plaintiff submitted timely objections to the Recommendation ("objections"), and the Union submitted a timely response in opposition to plaintiff's objections. For the reasons set forth in the ATTACHED WRITTEN ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION, the court adopts Judge Bloom's Recommendation in full. Accordingly, the Union's motion to dismiss is GRANTED. In addition, Plaintiff's action against defendant U. S. Postal Service is also DISMISSED. A copy of this Electronic Order and the ATTACHED WRITTEN ORDER shall be mailed to pro se plaintiff by the Clerk of the Court. The Clerk of the Court is further directed to close the file maintained in this matter. SO ORDERED by Judge Dora Lizette Irizarry on 02/15/08. (Irizarry, Dora)
