ORDER granting 20 Motion to Dismiss. For the reasons set forth in the accompanying Memorandum and Order, defendants' motion to dismiss plaintiff's Equal Pay Act claims is granted. Defendants' motion to dismiss plaintiff's Title VII claims against the individual defendants is also granted. Plaintiff's Title VII claim against Cabs Home Attendant Services Inc. is dismissed without prejudice. A copy of the Memorandum and Order will be mailed to plaintiff by chambers. The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter judgment in accordance with this Order and to close the case. Ordered by Judge Carol B. Amon on March 28, 2008. (Amon, Carol)
